Thank You All For A Great Year – boogordoctor.com Turns One Year Old Today

by

Wow.

It has been one whole year since I set up this blog site for my patients, for their families, and for anyone else challenged by Unified Airway Disorders – asthma, allergies, rhinitis, sinusitis, reflux, otitis, bronchitis, and all other pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat issues.

I am extremely grateful to generous contributors to my Ask The Expert series. I am humbled by their generosity, and inspired by their commitment to patient care. I am grateful to Drs. Hana Solomon and Kirstin Chiasson for their selfless support of my mission here.

Thank you all, my loyal readers, for taking the time to indulge my ramblings. I am grateful for your warm welcome, for your supportive and helpful comments. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave comments, and to share your experiences so that we can ALL learn.

That is what I hoped this would become: a place for us all to learn, to share, to connect. It is important to me that my patients and their families have a reliable source of information so that we can continue our connection beyond the exit door of my clinic.

With the financial pressures on medicine these days, we often need to rush through our time together in clinic, and I know that means your questions often go un-answered. And there is just so much mis-information on the web. It is important to have a reliable, trusted source of health information.

Based on your feedback, I think that I have been largely successful in my goals for this blog. Of course, I would like to add information on a daily basis, but life gets in the way. I committed to posting an article at least once per week. I am proud to say that I have been able to meet that schedule for the entire year.

So, I invite you all to join our growing community of “boogor heads” – folks who have signed up for weekly email updates from this blog. It’s entirely free. No spam, no selling.

Those loyal readers, those who are signed up, occasionally have access to discounts for products that I endorse (but have no financial stake in). And if y’all don’t find it too annoying, I plan to add the occasional book review, review of someone else’s website, of an audio recording (podcast) of an interview with an expert from somewhere in the area of the Unified Airway.

I posted my first article on this blog on 4 March, 2010.

Thanks to all of you, it has been a great year. That year would have been much more difficult than it was without your friendship and support.

Thank you.
