Try the nasal saline spray that contains Xylitol (from Xlear.com, pronounced “clear”). It is a great product, and the Xylitol has beneficial effects against bacteria, AND it is sweet-tasting, so little boogor-heads seem to like it. I carry a little spray bottle in my pocket, and use it several times per day.

Thanks for the great information. Wish I could get my young child to do those sinus rinses, it really creates severe asthma.
